Please read this sample contract carefully, print it, fill it out, sign it and send it with your contract and order. 

Contract for Samples:

Samples are created between our current wedding orders. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for the samples. Generally Samples arrive within 4 - 6 weeks.

All samples are to be returned within 2 weeks with your final color decisions. If you would like to keep them longer, please email us to see if that would be possible.

All samples must be repacked in their original packaging and wrapped with the batting and materials that we have provide. Samples are valued at $25 - $50. If flowers are damaged due to careless packaging, you will be responsible to pay for the flowers that have been damaged. We recommend that you pay for insurance on them.  If you pack them in their original packaging and they are damaged, you will not be held accountable for them. We will claim the damages with the post office.

Your bouquet will not be started until we receive your samples back. If we do not receive them with in the 2 week time frame, your bouquet will not be delivered by the requested delivery date. If you do not return the samples, your bouquet will not be created. Under no circumstances can you keep the samples flowers. Please understand, each color is a specific dye lot. We must receive the samples back to match them with your final color decisions. Not having them may result in the wrong color flower.

All of our porcelain and crystal flowers are patented. Anyone copying our designs will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The laws of Pennsylvania will govern this agreement and venue. Any dispute will be in Allegheny County, Pa. In any dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover fees and costs.
